Until our eCommerce platform is launched all Buyer’s Club memberships must be purchased in-store.
The Natural Food Store has decided to end its relationship with Mercado. This means, for the time being, we will not be offering local delivery or online shopping. The reason we parted ways was due to extremely poor management on Mercado’s end, leading to much confusion and unnecessary complications.
When we are able to offer an ecommerce platform with the same level of customer focus and attention we offer in-store, we will. We’re working on it!
In the meantime, you can always call us for curbside, we’ll shop for in you real-time while on the phone to ensure you’re getting exactly what you want or acceptable replacements. It’s fast, easy and you can pay right over the phone so it’s all set when you come to pick up your order.
